Material

· Casing: SS304 or SS316, please confirm it with us before ordering.

· Sealing Gasket: PP

· The thickness of the SS304/316 for both anode and cathode case is 0.25 mm +/- 0.02 mm.

Application Note

· After perfectly crimping, the External Height should be around 3.0mm.

· The diameter of the inner ring of the plastic gasket for the coin cell 2032 is around 16.39mm.

· Usually, a case does not need to clean before crimping, but if you do need to clean the case, please put in ethanol for 4-6 hrs, and use Oven to dry serval hours, (please set the oven to 30C, if it has ORING.)
