This is compact Hot Rolling Cylinder Press with a max working temperature of 130°C. The tool is designed to increase the active material density of electrodes after coating in Li-ion battery research. It has a pair of 200mm width steel rollers with a heating capacity of 130°C max.
This equipment is driven by a reduction gear motor with a high hardness pressure roller, which adjusts the gap between the pressure rollers mechanically, so that the pole pieces are press-molded and the pole piece density is increased.
