This is a bed vertical fluidized-bed furnace,which consists of a vertical positioned cylindrical heating chamber that surrounds the quartz tube with a built-in filter right in the heating zone. Its filter is a porous quartz frit that allows the controlled gas flow passes through and floats the particles on a cushion of the gas stream where the interaction between the solid and gaseous materials takes place.

1. The reaction gas evenly passes through the reaction area through the porous quartz fritz, and reaches the mouth of the bulging belly to form a reflux vortex. 2. The solid particles are suspended in the belly area by the injected gas 3. The furnace body is designed with an open type. When the experiment is over, the furnace body can be opened to take out the quartz tube. The flange is a ferrule type, and the flange ferrule is opened to take out the reacted particles. Adjustment of the intake gas: When the gas is introduced to suspend the sample particles, the particles may pass through the heating area due to the excessive gas flow, so the gas flow should be adjusted according to the size of the particles during the experiment. |
