This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for the tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD 100 mm tube without any welding and gluing.

Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.

On one end the flange has a vacuum meter with a valve attached, and on the other end has the only valve.

Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.

1/4" hose connector in the both of ends.

1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.

Designed for 100 mm OD tube furnace.

Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.

The assembly kit will seal 99- 101 mm diameter of the quartz tube.

Vacuum level:

10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump

10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and

10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump

Packing included:

One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature sealing O-rings ., and six screws
