Furnace structure

1. It adopts a double-layer shell structure and is equipped with fan for air cooling.

DHQ hydrogen igniter (optional)  

The TCHDHQ igniter is mainly used for the treatment of exhaust gas. If the exhaust gas coming out from furnace has a certain danger if directly outlet to the outside, the TCHDHQ igniter can burn the flammable gas in the exhausted gas.

Parameter:     

1. Ignition process: turn on the ignition button, open the solenoid valve, the gas flows out to the ignition nozzle, the ignition nozzle emits spark ignition, the flame detector detects the flame, the ignition succeeds, the green light is on, the flame detection does not detect the flame, the ignition fails, The yellow light is on and accompanied by an alarm sound, and the air inlet solenoid valve is automatically closed.
