Sealing Mode (Top,Side  and vacuum ):

        · It is designed with with Rubber Sealing blade and Manual Footswitch is specially designed for hot sealing the top side of the pouch cell with the tab extruded. Unlike hard type sealing blade, the soft type sealing blade is able to eliminate the sealing gap caused by the battery taps.

        · Vacuum Sealing Mode: After electrolyte injection, The device will perform the final vacuum sealing for the pouch cell. 

         · Vacuum Standing Mode: Before the vacuum sealing,  The device can do the vacuum standing for the electrolyte diffusion and degassing. The vacuum timer would be used for standing time control.

Sealing Pressure 

         · 0~7Kg/cm² adjustable: Vacuum chamber lid and sealing die to need to be driven gas, Recommended driven gas pressure 60 psi.

        · Please use high purity inert gasses (Ar or N2), when operating in the glovebox. Using Air Compressor driven when operating outside the glove box.

         · Air Compressor and fitting are not included. please click here to order or order from your local hardware store. Gas/Air tube size is 6.

        · Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor, a two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

Glove Box Compatibility
