 Furnace Construction

· Double shell casing with three cooling fans

Automatic Feeding Furnace

· The compact automatic powder feeder is mounted on the tiltable furnace via vacuum sealed The swivel assembly.

· Proper connection ensures uniform feeding rate and the tube rotation undisturbed under controlled atmosphere.

· Feed rate adjustable by the potentiometer knob, 97cm^3/min max.

· One stainless steel tank is installed on the other end of processing tube to gather the fired powder without exposure to air. 

Heating Zone Length

· Two zones: each zone length 8" (200 mm), total 16" (400 mm) heating zone

· Constant temperature zone: 200 mm within +/- 1^oC if two zones at the same temperature.
